LEGENDS Classic Rock

LEGENDS Classic Rock has been rocking the grid as the home of T1Radio, making it the oldest continuously operating classic rock venue in Second Life. LEGENDS began its life as The Warehouse, an adjunct to La Vie en Rose in Rue d’Alliez in early 2006. 

In 2007 a new build was put in place and rechristened LEGENDS Classic Rock.  It was expanded in 2009 to include an outdoor plaza for live and special events and The Barn, built by Dave Behemoth, for country music events.

In 2011 Nuala Maracas and Trader Whiplash purchased Arinultra Cay and ground was broken on a new LEGENDS.

Because LEGENDS is the home to T1Radio it was decided to create a ‘Jersey Shore style boardwalk and beach setting for the new club. The Pier was added to provide an outdoor venue and in the winter the frozen Pond provides ice skating and dancing in the snow.

LEGENDS and the surrounding beach, boardwalk and pond are open 24 hours a day for exploring and dancing. Of course the club is always tuned to T1Radio.

Each evening the T1Radio On Air Host provides the soundtrack for that evening’s event. LEGENDS Hosts will gladly assist you and the hybrid dance machine has the best and most up to date animations available. You can become a member of the T1Radio Listeners group and receive notices by asking a host at any event.
